Lights

Info

Lights brings her blend of synth-pop, electro and indie to O2 Academy Birmingham on 14 May 2026. Since her early EP and debut The Listening, the Canadian singer-songwriter has shaped songs around synth-led hooks, tight rhythms and clear, melodic lines. Siberia and its acoustic twin deepened the textures and introduced stripped-back versions, while Little Machines refined a brighter electronic writing. With Skin & Earth, she linked the music to a comic series she wrote and illustrated, a world that still informs her visuals and narrative thread on stage. PEP broadened the palette again, balancing buoyant pop with more introspective cuts.

Live, Lights switches between stacked synths, crunchy guitars and quieter breaks, moving from up-tempo tracks to hushed reworks that put the songwriting up front. Expect a set that traverse her catalog, from early favorites to recent material, with rearrangements echoing Midnight Machines and Siberia Acoustic. Her collaborations across rock and electro scenes feed into the sound design and momentum, giving the concert a focused drive without losing the intimate edge.
