Info
On 15 September 2026 at Queens Hall in Nuneaton, Faster Pussycat bring their alley-cat sleaze and grit back to the stage. Born on the mid-80s Sunset Strip and steered by vocalist Taime Downe, the band lives between glam and punk with a bluesy bite. Expect a set that reconnects with the early Elektra era — Babylon, Bathroom Wall, Cathouse and the ballad House of Pain — alongside later cuts that turned darker and heavier, from Nonstop to Nowhere to the industrial-edged The Power and the Glory Hole years. Downe’s rasp and a black-leather aesthetic frame it all, a band that never fit the clean mainstream mold yet kept touring and mutating on its own terms.
Opening, Los Angeles outfit Blacklist Union, led by Tony West, deals in hard rock with a streetwise crunch. Classic hooks meet a modern edge, with lyrics pulled straight from lived experience — built for sweat and volume.
Femme Fatale featuring Lorraine Lewis rounds out the bill with unapologetic, glam-fueled sleaze rock, sharp riffs and big choruses, driven by Lewis’s powerful voice.
