The Plot In You teams up with Boundaries for a metalcore-heavy bill at Limelight, Belfast, on 15 June 2026. Two approaches to heaviness meet here: one shaped by evolving textures and melody, the other by sharp edges and rhythmic whiplash.
Built around vocalist and songwriter Landon Tewers, The Plot In You has moved from the dense metalcore of First Born and Could You Watch Your Children Burn toward a more melodic, layered palette across Happiness in Self Destruction, Dispose and Swan Song. On stage, the band pivots between screamed and clean vocals, electronic shadings and surges of guitar-driven weight, stitching introspective passages to hooks and dynamic drops without losing intensity.
From Hartford, Connecticut, Boundaries grounds its metallic hardcore in cutting riffs, dissonant accents and sudden tempo breaks. After setting the tone with Hartford County Misery and My Body In Bloom, the band sharpened its framework on Your Receding Warmth, then widened the contrasts on Burying Brightness, playing with slower stretches and heavier payoffs. Expect tight, front-facing vocals and a set built on tension, release and precise impact.
