Moon Walker

Moon Walker is the project of US singer-guitarist Harry Springer, fusing alternative rock with garage grit and a 70s-tinged psych edge. Emerging in the early 2020s, he’s often joined on recordings by drummer Sean McCarthy, shaping songs built on saturated riffs, heavy grooves and retro keyboards, with lyrics tackling social and political tensions. The debut album Truth To Power (2021) set the framework; The Attack Of Mirrors (2022) pushed contrasts, switching between abrasive bursts and more melodic turns; Apocalypticism (2023) dug into contemporary anxiety, media overload and tech fatigue over dense guitars and assertive rhythms.

On 3 November 2026 at The Bodega Nottingham in Nottingham, Moon Walker brings this palette on stage, channeling fuzzed hooks, thick rhythmic push and shifts in intensity. Live, the project leans on sharp dynamics and concise storytelling, letting riffs speak before opening space for more melodic relief, then kicking back into motion. A focused run through these records and newer cuts, driven by Springer’s voice and guitar, for a set that draws a clear line between urgency and melody.
