Leon Foster Thomas is an international jazz musician and steel pan player from Trinidad & Tobago. His music blends Caribbean roots with the harmonic and improvisational language of jazz.
Inspired by the melodic approach of Keith Jarrett and Trinidad's steel pan heritage, he brings the chromatically scaled steel pan into a contemporary jazz setting, highlighting its scope for improvisation and expression.
