Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit bring their narrative American rock and alt-country to the Royal Albert Hall in London on 11 June 2026. Formed by the songwriter and guitarist after his years with Drive-By Truckers, the group stands between Muscle Shoals and Nashville, pairing detailed storytelling with a lean, melodic sound. On stage, they move from electric pulse to quieter folk textures, with lyrics that trace personal crossroads and contemporary pressures. The set draws on Weathervanes (2023) as well as The Nashville Sound and Reunions, arranged with interlocking guitars, grounded rhythms and close harmonies. This concert keeps the focus on songs and ensemble playing, with room for dynamics and an unadorned, clear delivery.
