Los Campesinos!

Los Campesinos! bring the Vicennial Cringe tour to Norwich, marking twenty years without leaning on nostalgia. Formed in Cardiff in 2006, the band’s mix of quick-fire guitars, bright keys and overlapping vocals sits between nervy indie pop and an emo-leaning rock edge, with Gareth Paisey up front and a line-up that has evolved without losing its bite. From Hold on Now, Youngster… and We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed to Romance Is Boring and Hello Sadness, their writing has grown darker and denser while keeping the hooks, a thread carried through No Blues, Sick Scenes and 2024’s All Hell.

The set spans that arc: early bursts, mid-period turns and newer material, played with tight, high-velocity delivery. Expect emoting, dancing and the kind of call-and-response catharsis that has long defined their shows, shared by fans old and new. Los Campesinos! at Epic Studios in Norwich on 29 May 2026, starting decade three the way they plan to continue it.
