SmithField brings its close-knit harmonies and sharp songwriting to The Cluny, Newcastle upon Tyne, on 7 September 2026. The Texas-raised duo of Trey Smith and Jennifer Fielder grew up in the same Waxahachie circles, and that long-running family connection shapes a duet chemistry rooted in country’s classic male-female tradition. No lead singer here: they split the vocals and the writing, trading viewpoints on love, loss and the in-betweens.

Their sound skims the lines between country, pop and rock—Jennifer with early years on Texas Opry stages, Trey with a guitar-led rock streak—so the melodies hit quick while the arrangements keep a warm, lived-in feel. Expect tight two-part harmonies, clean hooks and stories that cut from both sides of a relationship, carried by songs like Hey Whiskey and We’ll Figure It Out, plus fan favorites from across their catalog.

Since settling in Nashville, the pair has stepped onto the Grand Ole Opry stage multiple times and toured alongside acts from Brothers Osborne to Old Dominion. Onstage, that experience translates into a focused set where the writing stays front and center and the harmonies do the heavy lifting.
