Kevin Morby

Kevin Morby plays O2 Ritz Manchester on 9 July 2026. The US singer-songwriter came up through the indie circuit as bassist for Woods and cofounder of The Babies, before carving his own path with a run of albums that balance folk rock, indie rock and a lean Americana feel. From the river-soaked narratives of Harlem River and the crisp sketches of Still Life, he widened the frame with Singing Saw and City Music, then pushed into more overtly spiritual terrain on Oh My God. A return to the Midwest shaped the sparse, nocturnal tones of Sundowner, while This Is a Photograph and More Photographs (A Continuum) circle memory, family and the American landscape with a sharper focus.
