Sir Chloe

Sir Chloe, the band led by singer-guitarist Dana Foote, plays Concorde 2 in Brighton on 27 May 2026. Started in 2017 at Bennington College and now based in New York, the project has grown into an indie rock outfit built on contrasts: abrasive guitars against direct melodies, vocals that shift from composure to tension. The songs probe ambiguous relationships, vulnerability and the pull of everyday obsessions. Early singles Animal and Michelle spread online before club and festival dates shaped a sound that’s both raw and melodic. The 2020 EP Party Favors defined a compact writing style, while the 2023 album I Am The Dog opened slower, more introspective avenues without dropping the rock backbone. On stage, Sir Chloe leans into that push-pull: tight structures, sudden surges and quiet drop-offs, with lines that linger. The set draws a line from those first sparks to the album’s deeper shades, carried by Foote’s clipped phrasing and the band’s steady, driving pulse.
