Holy Holy

Australian duo Holy Holy, the project of singer Timothy Carroll and guitarist-producer Oscar Dawson, plays XOYO Birmingham on 16 September 2026 with a set that maps their shift from widescreen guitars to leaner synth textures. Formed in the early 2010s between Europe and Australia, the band first forged a melodic alt-rock sound with traces of folk rock and psychedelia, then opened it up to new wave, disco hints and a sober electronic pop, without losing the rock backbone that anchors their writing. On stage, they often expand the lineup to let the songs breathe, balancing direct lyrics, fluid choruses and a dialogue between guitars and synths.
