Duran Duran

Duran Duran bring their blend of new wave, synth-pop and guitar hooks to Hyde Park, London on 5 July 2026. Formed in late-70s Birmingham, the band forged a club-honed sound that balances electronic textures, danceable grooves and pop melody. On stage today, that lineage becomes a set made for the open air: crisp rhythms, glossy keys and a catalogue that slides from early singles to recent tracks.

Expect the bite of Hungry Like the Wolf, Rio, The Reflex or A View to a Kill alongside 90s staples like Ordinary World and Come Undone. The group has kept writing and shifting over the decades, and newer material from Future Past and Danse Macabre brings darker synth tones and fresh arrangements without losing that tight, percussive drive. Simon Le Bon’s voice carries the melodies with ease, while Nick Rhodes’ keyboards and the Taylor rhythm section lock the pulse.
