Grace Petrie performs at Foundry on 17 October 2026 at 6:00 pm. For a decade and a half, Grace Petrie has built a profile as a UK folk songwriter. Coming of age amidst the coalition government, her politically charged folk music gained national attention and took her to folk festivals in the UK and overseas. Her songs address politics and identity, including Black Tie.
In 2026 she explores the stripped-back nature of folk songwriting, performing a show of two halves that includes an intimate solo set and a career-retrospective full band performance featuring songs from across her sixteen-year catalogue.
