OFFSónar 2026 Mochakk Calling

On 20 June 2026, OFFSónar presents Mochakk Calling at Poble Espanyol in Barcelona. At the controls, Brazilian DJ and producer Mochakk (Pedro Maia) brings a percussive, groove-led take on house and tech-house, infused with flashes of hip-hop, techno and Latin rhythms. Raised around São Paulo, he started DJing as a teenager before releasing tracks like Caribbean Queen, Inflación, Da Fonk and False Need on labels such as Nervous and Black Book. In 2022 he launched his label MOTRAXX and made his Circoloco debut at DC-10, then rolled out the Mochakk Calling concept in several cities.

For this date, he curates a lineup with guests from the MOTRAXX roster and builds a set taillé pour le dancefloor: tight drums, bouncing basslines, syncopated breaks and vocal hooks that keep the flow moving. His recent EPs on Circoloco Records, Locomotiva Ibiza 2099 I and II, confirm his current direction, a raw and funk-leaning house sound sculpted for peak energy without losing the swing. Mochakk Calling at OFFSónar is his playground to connect his productions, label family and DJ instincts in one focused showcase.
