Mella Dee came to wider attention and festival stages with his track "Techno Disco Tool." Before that, he was mostly known in the underground, but after that release, his profile rose. Shortly after, he started his own label, Warehouse Music. With this, he's going back to basics, honoring his roots in his hometown of Doncaster with music made for the club.
From Utrecht, Locklead has moved from King of the Beat winner to a minimal-tech artist. His sound is rolling house with a heavy hip-hop swing. His track "Moon" on Chris Stussy's Up The Stuss reflects this.
Miamor opens the night with a three-hour house set, returning to the house sound of her early days.
