Club Bebé PRESENTS: Safety Trance

Club Bebé marks its first year with Safety Trance. Caracas-born and Barcelona-based, Luis Garbán brings his Safety Trance alias to Vancouver for the first time, folding reggaetón pulses and Latin club syncopations into industrial-leaning electronics. His sound draws a line between underground club pressure and the edges of experimental pop, with a focus on groove, texture and forward motion. Known for his work as Cardopusher on a more techno and warehouse tip, Garbán uses Safety Trance to lean into dembow patterns, tight percussion and rough, minimal motifs built for the dancefloor. Collaborations with Arca and Rosalía have expanded the project’s scope, while links with Isabella Lovestory and La Goony Chonga connect it to a lively pan-Latin club network. On May 1, 2026 at Village Studios in Vancouver, expect a fast, percussive set where rhythm, tension and release keep cycling, offering a clear snapshot of how reggaetón and electronic music intersect today.
