Info
BLÜ EYES brings her intimate, self-produced pop to The Workman’s Club in Dublin on 17 May 2026. Behind the moniker is Katie Stump, singer, songwriter and producer trained in pop performance at USC. After years on stage and in bands, she shaped a solo project between bedroom pop and alternative pop, built on first‑person storytelling and an ear for small, precise details. Her writing moves through loss, identity, abandonment and unbalanced relationships, with clear vocals up front, light electronic textures and tight arrangements that leave space for the words.
On stage, BLÜ EYES keeps the production lean to let the lyrics breathe, shifting from hushed confessionals to soft swells without overloading the mix. The name nods to a sensitivity to light, a personal angle that mirrors music turned toward vulnerability and everyday emotion. Since the EP healing hurts in 2022, she has been refining a stripped pop approach where each track functions like a short narrative, carefully assembled to connect in the room.
