On October 4, 2026 at RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto, Foster the People roll out Good Mourning Sunshine, a set built on the band’s blend of indie pop, synth-pop and alt rock. Formed in Los Angeles around Mark Foster, the group broke out online with Pumped Up Kicks and has since moved from the sleek hooks of Torches to the more guitar-led Supermodel, then the elastic grooves of Sacred Hearts Club. Now centered on the core duo Mark Foster and Isom Innis, they keep weaving melodic choruses, electronic textures and a hint of neo-psychedelia, extended lately on Paradise State of Mind.
Also on the bill, Goth Babe, the solo project of Griff Washburn, blends indie rock, indie pop, chillwave and folktronica. Light guitar lines, relaxed rhythms and discreet electronics frame melodic songs developed through a run of singles and EPs, leading to the 2024 debut album Lola. From early tracks to newer material, the set slides between lo-fi touches and easygoing pop.
