Bernard Lavilliers

Under the title Le Comptoir des Voyageurs, Bernard Lavilliers returns to the essentials: songs that tell of roads, ports, cities, and rhythms that shift the lines. Always between song and sonic wanderings, he draws on a repertoire shaped by travel and the realities of the world, where rock and reggae influences, Brazilian inflections, Caribbean echoes and touches of jazz intersect. Images arise across the tracks, between chronicle and logbook, with that direct way of letting places and encounters speak.

With Mahut at his side, a dialogue takes shape around pulse and breath, as close as possible to speech and melody. The format tightens, listening becomes more focused, and the energy flows differently: each piece becomes a frame that allows the voice, the cadence and the nuance to live. A stage interlude conceived like a counter where one pauses, listens, and goes on.
