Dead Bob is the solo project of John Wright, who was the drummer for No Means No for many years. After decades of keeping the beat in a punk band, John presents a live show.
His first album, "Life Like" (a No Means No song that gives the record its title), was recorded and produced by him in British Columbia. The record gathers songs from different stages of his life, with more material in preparation.
Although John is responsible for much of the project, it includes contributions from Byron Slack (Invasives), Kristy Lee Audette (Rong), Ford Pier (DOA, Roots Round Up), Selina Martin, his son Aidan Wright and his brother Rob. Live, he is accompanied by a band.
Concert on July 15, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Dabadaba.
