Bouillon Tempo - Myra x Kilian Franceschi

Bouillon Tempo blends music and cuisine into a single score where concert, culinary narrative and tasting answer one another. It moves between listening and taste, between attentiveness and letting go, until the senses meet. Join us on 5 June 2026 at Communale Saint-Ouen, in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, for an edition guided by a Greece, real or imagined.

On one side, Myra. Composer and singer, she presents YAPI as a terrain of exploration rather than a mere album: a search for identity and light. Inspired by familiar Greek landscapes, her music plays on contrasts — between introspection, energy and a touch of irony. On stage she weaves a sensitive narrative where voice, rhythms and textures respond to one another, carrying the audience from a shared murmur to a collective surge.

On the other, Kilian Franceschi. A chef with an unconventional path, he imagines a cuisine in motion, nourished by curiosity. Greece shapes his evening plates: precise compositions, carefully selected ingredients, interlocking textures and balances conceived to converse with the live performance.

At the center, a simple idea: to make what we hear and what we taste resonate. Here we listen with our mouths and taste with our ears, until a shared certainty comes to light.
