Fortunately, to give meaning to this strange life, Florian Vinayagam Bertonnier has created an alter ego: it’s no longer just this teenager from Réunion Island who grew up in Picardy speaking to you, but Thx4Crying, an artist with healing songs, dark, cathartic lyrics, and a soothing lightness.
Deeply personal and universal, their self-titled nine-track debut album blends intimate electronic sounds in which the artist’s pure voice meets saturated guitars and hyperpop and club influences. On stage, Thx4Crying will present a brand-new show—a new era of performance that continues a project in full expansion. The concert will take place on 8 October 2026 at 6:00 PM at La Marquise.
