Info

French-Egyptian singer-songwriter Joseph Kamel moves between French chanson and pop with folk accents. Driven by direct songwriting and a distinctive voice, he has been playing numerous concerts since 2023 in support of Miroirs, his debut album certified gold, which features "Celui qui part", "Beau" (a duet with Julien Doré) and "Ton regard". His lyrics, often introspective and narrative, go straight to the essential, supported by spare arrangements and a prominent guitar.

After more than 70 dates in France and Belgium, and with a second album announced for 2026 led by the single "Crash", Joseph Kamel is opening a new chapter on stage. On March 7, 2027 at the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille, he revisits his earliest songs and unveils his new material in a live format designed for closeness: subtlety, dynamics, and a vocal approach that takes the leading role. Between ballads and more pop-driven impulses, the set unfolds a continuous narrative thread, with songs that gain depth in concert and choruses made for singing along.
