On 4 April 2026 at BRET in Amsterdam, DJ Assault shares the bill with Special Request for a collision of Detroit ghetto bass and UK rave energy. Craig De Sean Adams, aka DJ Assault, brings the fast, stripped-down swing that made ghettotech a fixture in Midwest club culture: sharp electro drums, Miami bass weight and chopped vocal stabs wired for instant movement. Opposite him, Paul Woolford’s alias Special Request taps straight into jungle and breakbeat hardcore, channeling pirate‑radio grit and rough-edged techno pressure into rolling breaks and low-end churn built for the floor.
Alongside, Utrecht’s askmelater threads together house, disco, acid and nimble club grooves, keeping momentum without losing the funk. Amsterdam-based Lieke TR pushes the room with acid lines, breakbeat snap and rave-leaning techno drives. And Amsterdam DJ/producer T.NO folds his Surinamese roots into global club influences, flipping percussive patterns and bass shapes into a warm, propulsive blend.
