BRUIT ≤ are today one of the singular forces in European post‑rock. Formed in Toulouse in 2016 with the desire to escape the logic of the industry and return to creation as a purely artistic process, the French quartet has built a reputation for their live performances over the years. They will perform on 8 September 2026 at 19:30 at Sala El Sol (Madrid).

After two EPs, a debut album and a world tour as the supporting act for M83, BRUIT ≤ returned to the studio—retreating to the heights of the Pyrenees before recording in an old church in Toulouse—to create The Age of Ephemerality, their second album, released by Pelagic Records on 25 April 2025.

On stage they are just four: drums, cello, guitar and bass/violin. The music is built slowly, adding layers and rising until it reaches something that feels like catharsis—relentless drums, heavy guitars, strings in total collision. The atmosphere becomes dense, suffocating, and then, suddenly, everything changes again.
