Model/Actriz took over the Rock School Barbey in Bordeaux on June 6, 2026. Born between Boston and Brooklyn, the quartet brings together Cole Haden on vocals with Ruben Radlauer, Jack Wetmore and Aaron Shapiro, and operates at the crossroads of post-punk, noise rock, industrial and a pulse close to dance-punk. On stage, it hits hard and with precision: abrasive guitar, repetitive bass, pounding drums, while the voice slides from spoken delivery to rougher bursts and then catches brief melodic lines. The songs, often taut and concise, play on dynamics and friction, favoring movement over ornamentation, until that zone where the energy begins to circulate openly. Since Dogsbody (2023), their songwriting has grown more refined without losing its taste for impact and rhythmic trance. A live show designed to raise the body’s temperature—decidedly physical—where letting go comes through sound and sweat rather than effects.
