Info

Taburete will arrive in Marbella on August 17, 2026, to perform at Starlite Festival - Auditorio Marbella with a show centered on their blend of pop, Spanish songcraft and Latin American echoes. Fronting the group are the voice of Guillermo “Willy” Bárcenas and the guitar of Antón Carreño, the core from which the band has woven a repertoire that crosses light rumba, ballads and a more recent pop-rock pulse.

In concert, Taburete performs as an expanded band, with a rhythm section and keyboards, allowing them to alternate between acoustic passages and more electric arrangements. The set typically spans their records: from Tres tequilas and Doctor Charas, showcasing their more festive and narrative side, to Madame Ayahuasca, which includes explicit nods to Mexican and South American traditions; and from there to Matadero 5 and La broma infinita, featuring more prominent guitars and tempos that build while still leaving room for slow songs.

The lyrics get straight to the point—travel, friendships, relationships—and rest on choruses that are easy to sing along to. On stage, backing vocals and percussion sustain a dynamic that shifts from an intimate folk‑club atmosphere to a rock drive, without losing the melodic thread. It’s a journey through their career, designed to work live, with changes in intensity and a clear focus on the voice and guitar that give the project its identity.
