Suzane

Trained as a dancer and now a prominent figure in francophone electro-pop, Suzane has established herself with direct songwriting, everyday narratives and a physically expressive stage presence. Between singing and spoken-singing, she blends electronic rhythms, synths and precise movements to create tracks that are both danceable and rooted in their time. Her new album, Millenium, continues in this vein with songs conceived for the stage, including “Je t’accuse,” “Virile” and “Champagne,” which take on a different dimension live.

At the 6MIC in Aix-en-Provence on Saturday, January 30, 2027, Suzane presents a set centered on Millenium and threaded through with her signature tracks. Alone at the microphone, supported by machines and a movement vocabulary drawn from dance, she unfolds a narrative thread where electronics meet chanson. The performance retains that mix of rhythmic tension and lyrics addressing questions of gender, work and social relations—a constant hallmark of her writing since she began.
