Buscabulla

Buscabulla, the project of Raquel Berrios and Luis Alfredo del Valle, arrives in Madrid with their blend of Spanish-language alternative pop, synth-pop and Caribbean rhythms. Born between Puerto Rico and Brooklyn, the duo have been refining a sound of electronic textures and supple melodies where slowed-down disco, intimacy and nods to the island’s culture coexist. They began with several singles and a self-titled EP in 2014, broadened their scope with EP II in 2017, and in 2020 set a course with Regresa, a record that reflects on return and displacement. In 2022 they built further bridges alongside Bad Bunny on “Andrea,” showing their dialogue with the contemporary Latin scene. Live, Buscabulla deploy layers of synth, elastic basslines and Raquel’s close, immediate voice, moving between the dreamlike and the tropical sway, with restrained arrangements that leave space for each detail. On June 11, 2026 they will perform at Mon Madrid (Madrid), as part of Sound Isidro, to present their most recent repertoire alongside the pieces that have defined their path.
