On June 10, 2026, at Sala Razzmatazz in Barcelona, CocoRosie unfolds its sonic imagination: a blend of poetry, ethereal harmonies, lo‑fi, classical instrumentation and rhythms that defy categorization. For more than two decades, the sister duo Sierra and Bianca Casady have woven a distinctive language that moves between song, spoken word and experimentation, with a fan base across Europe, the United States and South America.

Sierra Casady, an opera singer and actress with classical training, and Bianca Casady, a poet, theatre director and visual artist, use music, theatre, fashion and contemporary art as a unified stage entity. Their work explores the beauty and pain of the human experience, foregrounds human rights and raises questions about social norms. In the studio they have released eight albums and, alongside that, have composed original music for several Robert Wilson productions.

Their most recent project, La Mort de la Mer, premiered at the Transart Festival in Bolzano and blurs concert and performance, featuring butoh dancer Ichihara Akihito, who spent twenty‑eight years as a member of Sankai Juku. Live, CocoRosie articulates songs and acoustic and electronic textures with a theatrical momentum that is recognizable throughout their career.
