Digitalism lands in Barcelona on 31 October 2026 at Sala Apolo with a live show that condenses two decades of crossover between club culture and indie energy. The Hamburg duo, Jens Moelle and İsmail Tüfekçi, quickly defined their sound with maxi-singles on Kitsuné in the mid-2000s: “Zdarlight” and “Idealistic” as a calling card, pronounced basslines, compressed synths and clear melodies. That framework was consolidated on their debut Idealism (2007), between dancefloor-oriented instrumentals and sung tracks; on I Love You Dude (2011) they reinforced more pop structures, with “Circles” as a reference; and on Mirage (2016) they opened toward melodic techno and airier textures, a line continued on EPs such as Lift, 5KY11GHT and JPEG.

In concert, Digitalism structures the set as an ebb and flow between songs and club climaxes: tense sequences, dry drum hits, anchoring basslines, layers of pads and occasional vocal hooks. An updated survey of their catalogue, with arrangements conceived for the room and room for rhythmic improvisation, where their bridge between indie dance, electro house and an edge close to electronic rock takes shape.
