Kany Garcia

Kany García arrives in Valencia on July 3, 2026 to present her repertoire at Roig Arena. A singer-songwriter born in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, she has forged since 2007 her own path between Latin pop, the ballad and the singer-songwriter tradition, with a songwriting approach close to trova and arrangements that place the voice front and center. In concert she typically moves through different phases: from Cualquier Día and Boleto de Entrada to the self-titled 2012 album, and from there to Limonada, Soy Yo and Contra el Viento, up to the most recent El Amor Que Merecemos. She also often revisits collaborations from Mesa Para Dos, adapted to a band format.

On stage, she alternates ballads and mid-tempo numbers, with restrained dynamics and a rhythmic pulse that supports lyrics focused on relationships, everyday life and affections. Warm instrumentation and acoustic guitars underpin direct melodies without excess. Active in Puerto Rico, the United States, Latin America and Spain, Kany arrives at Roig Arena with a set that looks back on her career naturally, leaves room for fresh readings of familiar songs and makes space for a recent piece that fits her intimate, close-up register.
