LANY: « soft world tour »

LANY arrives in Madrid on their soft world tour on 26 May 2026 at Sala La Riviera. Born in Los Angeles in 2014, the project has been refining a pop of clean atmospheres and direct melodies, situated between dream pop and indie pop with R&B touches. After several EPs, the self‑titled debut album in 2017 established a clear line: processed guitars, subtle synthesizers and urban, sentimental lyrics. In 2018, Malibu Nights opened space for piano and ballads; in 2020, Mama’s Boy looked more toward the American pop‑rock tradition; and in 2021, gg bb xx opted for more immediate songwriting.

Now a duo, with Paul Jason Klein at the helm of songwriting and vocals and Jake Goss on drums, LANY comes with a repertoire conceived for live performance that runs through their different stages without losing the confessional pulse that defines them. Between layers of soft textures and choruses that linger, the set mixes intimate songs and faster moments, attending both to electronic detail and to the band’s dynamics. A sober, effective format for an evening centered on songs and on connecting with Madrid’s audience.
