On 14 May 2026 at Volume Village in Aarhus, Barselona bring a strand of Danish indie pop with a rock edge. Since the late 2010s, the band has carved out concise songs built on bright guitars, unhurried rhythms and discreet electronic touches. The lyrics, in Danish, stay close to everyday life, relationships and that shift from adolescence into adulthood. Live, the group keeps collective energy upfront, working vocal arrangements and a steady push-pull between drive and calm. Their set draws from singles, EPs and albums released across the late 2010s and early 2020s, with melodies that land quickly and linger without fuss.
School of X, the project of Copenhagen musician Rasmus Littauer, moves through indie pop, art-pop shades and introspective songwriting. After years drumming and touring with MØ, he shaped a more personal space where the voice leads, supported by melodic guitars, subtle keys and flexible grooves. The catalogue runs from the early EPs Faded.Dream (2017) and Destiny (2019) to Armlock (2020), Dancing Through the Void (2021) and Earthly Life (2023). On stage, songs drift between quiet ballads and more electronic-leaning pieces, balancing intimacy with wider, synth-colored lifts.
