Jacob Collier

Jacob Collier takes over Salle Pleyel on Saturday, 12 September 2026 with The Light For Days Tour, a series of solo performances conceived for intimate spaces. Born in London, a multi‑instrumentalist and vocalist, he blends jazz, pop, R&B and choral elements into dense harmonies, shifting meters and occasionally microtonal colors. On stage he moves between keyboards, percussion, guitar and bass, builds vocal layers live and often draws the audience into participatory choirs, balancing precise composition with moments of improvisation.

His discography, from his debut album In My Room to the Djesse cycle, has earned him 7 Grammy Awards and 16 nominations. Collier has also collaborated widely, with artists ranging from Coldplay and SZA to Stormzy, Anoushka Shankar, Shawn Mendes, Hans Zimmer and Joni Mitchell. In solo format he refocuses his art on harmony, rhythm and voice, delivering a stripped‑down set in which each sonic layer is constructed in the moment, in an openly intimate rapport with the audience.
