David Delabrosse

On June 5, 2026 at the Théâtre l’Archipel in Paris, David Delabrosse takes the stage with Denis Piednoir to present Les mots modernes, his new album, and to revisit a few older songs. Two acoustic guitars, two voices and a drum machine form a spare setup that puts the lyrics front and center and highlights the timbres. At the heart of the concert, the question of the age gap — the album’s through-line — provides material for asides between songs, where the two musicians slip in short, funny and poetic exchanges.

The arrangements play with silence, guitar countermelodies and tight vocal harmonies, supported by a minimal pulse from the drum machine.
