Laurent Baffie « Oh putain Laurent ! »

Laurent Baffie returns to the stage with Oh, Fuck, Laurent!, a show in which he lays out his trajectory and has fun with everything that fuels his writing. He looks back on the Ardisson years, digs up jokes cut in the edit, and explores zoology, sexuality and those everyday topics that become fodder for play. True to his taste for improv and sharp retorts, he mixes anecdotes, sketches and digressions, drawing as much on new material as on bits never aired on TV. No unnecessary filter, a microphone and the thrill of live performance, with that knack for getting straight to the point and turning situations inside out in a few words. People say you can’t say anything anymore; he tests the limits, subverts, springs new lines, and keeps the exchange with the audience flowing without losing pace. Between memories, barbs and curveballs, Baffie marks a return to the essence of his humor — the kind that toys with boundaries and prefers surprise to demonstration.
