On 26 August 2026 at Tribute Communities Centre in Oshawa, Bryan Adams brings Roll With the Punches, a set built around his guitar-first writing and a rough-edged voice. Backed by his band, he moves through the melodic rock that marked his early 80s breakthrough, folds in ballads first heard in films, and adds recent tracks from Shine a Light and So Happy It Hurts. The show runs on riffs and direct hooks, with slow-burn moments and room for stripped arrangements that let the songs breathe. It’s songwriting that goes straight to the point, loud when it needs to be and close-up when it should.
Lights opens with an electro-pop tilt. Keys and beats anchor her sound while guitars add grit, shifting from upbeat cuts to more introspective pieces. Drawing on Siberia, Little Machines, Skin & Earth and PEP, she pairs electronic textures with vocals and melodies pushed to the front. Her synth-forward set leads into Bryan Adams’ rock focus without forcing the contrast.
