Milow

On 27 March 2026 Milow will be at Maaspoort in Venlo. Behind the stage name Milow is Jonathan Vandenbroeck, the Belgian singer-songwriter who, since The Bigger Picture (2006), has produced a string of bright, acoustic pop songs with a folk touch. His breakthrough beyond the Low Countries came with a spare cover of "Ayo Technology," in which voice and guitar carry the song entirely. Since then he has alternated the intimacy of his early work with subtle, contemporary pop hues on albums such as North and South, Modern Heart, Lean Into Me and Nice To Meet You.

Live, Milow prefers to keep the focus on the song: a compact lineup, acoustic strings and stories between the numbers. Expect a set that pairs his best-known tracks with recent material, featuring that familiar mix of immediately effective melodies and lyrics that revolve around relationships and everyday life. Without grand gestures he builds tension through dynamics and moments of harmony, with the nuances of his voice and guitar playing at the center.
