Milow is coming to Leeuwarden with Boy Made Out Of Stars Unplugged: a set in which his voice and guitar set the course. On 25 March 2026 at Stadsschouwburg De Harmonie the Belgian singer-songwriter will strip his repertoire back to its core, presenting acoustic pop with folk leanings and clear, direct melodies.

Since his debut The Bigger Picture (2006) and Coming of Age (2008), Milow has written in English about relationships and everyday moments. His stripped-down version of Ayo Technology earned him an international audience; albums that followed include North and South, Silver Linings, Modern Heart, Lean Into Me and Nice To Meet You. Live he usually opts for a compact line-up—from solo to a small ensemble—so that lyrics and harmony come to the fore.

In this unplugged setting he performs well-known songs and recent material without frills, close to the songwriter he is. Less production, more space and detail: fingerpicking, soft percussion and harmonies, with the focus on story and melody. That way you hear the songs as they were written, in an intimate listening mode that suits his way of playing.
