The Dirty Daddies

On 20 February 2027, The Dirty Daddies will play at Metropool in Hengelo. This Dutch band grew out of a group of friends who made covers their playground. Not separate songs, but a tight stream of medleys in which rock, pop and dance alternate without pause. Guitars that enter sharply, choruses you immediately recognize and transitions that keep the tempo high: everything is focused on transforming international classics into one continuous set that carries you from beginning to end.

Live, it’s all about the energy of the collective. The band appears in white outfits, uses bright lighting and controlled pyrotechnics, and constantly seeks interaction with the audience. They read the room, steer the momentum and keep the pace up with quick switches between songs. After years of playing clubs and festivals across the country, they took that routine to bigger stages. In Hengelo they return with the same direct approach: compact arrangements, recognizable hooks and a set without pauses, built for singing along, moving together and bringing the house down.
