Snelle

On 2 October 2026, Snelle is scheduled to play at TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht. As Lars Bos he has, for years, navigated smoothly between Dutch-language rap and pop. His music favors melodic rap, clear vocal lines and accessible, mid-tempo productions. His lyrics revolve around relationships, family, insecurities and everyday observations, delivered without fuss.

Born in Deventer, Snelle first found his audience online, after which a string of singles culminated in the album Vechtmuziek (2018). In 2019 came "Scars," the rap-pop ballad that sharply showcases his knack for hooks and autobiographical detail, and the album Beetje Bij Beetje. With Vierentwintig (2020) he moved further toward pop without abandoning his hip-hop roots. Along the way he shared the studio with, among others, Maan and Suzan & Freek, underscoring his open approach to songwriting.

On stage Snelle maintains that balance: rap and singing alternate, with new tracks alongside familiar titles such as "Scars." The set places emphasis on the stories and the melodies, leaving room for dynamic moments while always staying close to the core of his songs.
