On March 21, 2026 at Canal 93 in Bobigny, Maud Elka presents an R&B at the crossroads of urban pop and Afro rhythms. A French singer of Congolese origin, she draws as much from Congolese tradition as from African-American heritage. Discovered at the Tremplins Blaise Matuidi before sharing stages with Dadju, Franglish and Vegedream, she collaborated as early as 2013 with Dinos on "Buzz l’éclair au chocolat," from her first EP L’Alchimiste. Carried by the tracks "Comme avant," "Quelqu’un d’autre" and "Sincère," she returns with a new EP where afro, R&B and afroswing meet, blending tales of love with restrained melodies. "Nanani," a standout track from the project, reveals a more direct side of her world.
As the opening act, Mélina Sdk champions a modern R&B that borrows from rap, afro and pop. Brought to attention in 2018 by her cover of Joé Dwèt Filé’s "TPM," she followed with "Où tu étais," which has amassed several million streams and views. Her first EP, Lunatique (2020), laid the foundations of an intimate universe; with Évanescence (2024), she refined her artistic direction. On stage, she alternates melodic singing and flows to kick off the evening with a contemporary R&B vibe.
