Leo Middea

On March 3, 2026, Le Bijou in Toulouse welcomes Leo Middea in solo. Born in Rio and now based in Barcelona, the singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has carved his path on stage through numerous concerts worldwide. With guitar and voice at the forefront, he moves between MPB, samba and bossa nova, weaving in influences gathered during his travels. His clear songwriting, supple harmonies and a finely tuned sense of rhythm shape a repertoire that connects Brazilian heritage with a contemporary viewpoint.

Five albums already punctuate his career. This concert will feature his standout songs and recent pieces tied to his new album Notícias de Puglia, announced for February 2026, which explores his roots and the carioca swing with an outward-looking curiosity. In a pared-down format, the songs are given space to breathe, between hushed samba pulses, luminous melodic lines and a storytelling approach that keeps Brazil at its heart.
