Die Krupps will take the stage at Théâtre Fairmount, 5240 Avenue du Parc in Montreal, on April 3, 2026. Founded in Düsseldorf in the early 1980s around Jürgen Engler, the group forged a language at the crossroads of EBM, industrial and metal: metallic textures, repetitive sequences, mechanical percussion and heavy guitars. From the radical beginnings of Stahlwerksynfonie and the sequenced drive of Volle Kraft Voraus! to the 1990s turns with I and II – The Final Option, then III – Odyssey of the Mind and Paradise Now, their trajectory continued into the 2010s with The Machinists of Joy, V – Metal Machine Music and Vision 2020 Vision. On stage the band condenses these eras into a taut, razor‑precise set driven by Engler’s vocals and direction, where working‑class imagery and social critique align with physical rhythms and cutting riffs.
