Dionne Warwick - One Last Time

Dionne Warwick brings her repertoire to the stage with One Last Time, Germany! — on June 2, 2026, at the Theater am Marientor in Duisburg. Together with the Philharmonie Nordwest she traces a line from her gospel beginnings to the elegantly orchestrated pop-soul era she helped define in the 1960s with Burt Bacharach and Hal David. Warwick began with the Gospelaires, worked as a studio singer in New York and early on attracted attention for her precise diction and storytelling timing. In the 1970s she widened her range toward contemporary soul; later periods included work with Arista and productions with, among others, Barry Manilow and Barry Gibb.
