Westlife

Westlife bring their harmony-driven pop DNA back to the stage: on 17 November 2026 the Irish quartet will play at the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg. Founded in Dublin in 1998, Shane Filan, Mark Feehily, Kian Egan and Nicky Byrne shaped the British–Irish pop scene at the end of the 1990s with ballad-heavy singles and precisely executed multi-part harmonies; Brian McFadden was part of the lineup until 2004. From the early albums Westlife (1999), Coast to Coast (2000) and World of Our Own (2001) through Turnaround (2003) to Spectrum (2019) and Wild Dreams (2021), a common thread runs through their work: melodic pop, mid-tempo numbers and carefully chosen covers.

The setlist pairs early radio hits with newer songs, arranged for large arenas and carried by vocals that are front and center. After the hiatus in 2012 and the comeback in 2018, the band has consolidated its repertoire for an audience that has grown with them without losing its roots. Expect compact arrangements, shifting dynamics and choruses built on singing and harmonic balance — an evening that traces Westlife’s development from their teen-pop origins to their present-day adult pop identity.
