Gruff Rhys - Dim Probs Tour 2026

Gruff Rhys, voice and guitarist of Super Furry Animals, brings his solo songs to Berlin: on 17 March 2026 at the Prachtwerk in Berlin. Since 2005 the Welshman has been building his own world of Welsh- and English-language songwriting, situated between psych-pop, folk and melodic indie rock, often with subtle, almost chamber-music-like arrangements. From Yr Atal Genhedlaeth and Candylion through Hotel Shampoo and American Interior to Babelsberg, Pang!, Seeking New Gods and Sadness Sets Me Free, his catalogue ranges from simple ballads to adventurous pop experiments.

Live, Rhys draws clear lines: narrative lyrics, gentle vocal harmonies, understated hooks and guitars that leave space, complemented by unobtrusive electronics and careful orchestrations. On the Dim Probs Tour 2026 he mixes new pieces with favourites from two decades, shifts between acoustic intimacy and band-ready grooves, and sprinkles in Welsh passages.
