On March 11, 2026 at La Carrière, Saint-Herblain (Nantes), Scylla and Furax Barbarossa share the stage. Two deep voices, two keen pens, an immediate intensity. For more than fifteen years, these two artists of francophone rap have pursued solo careers while coming together on tracks that have left a mark on their audience. Together, the chemistry is clear: contrasting flows, echoes in their writing, controlled tension.
Scylla, a Brussels native with a cavernous voice, cultivates introspective, precise writing. With a measured flow and clear diction, he blends power and depth without unnecessary effects. From Abysses to Éternel and Masque de chair, he crafts a universe where lucidity and emotion take precedence over showmanship, between rap, slam and song.
Furax Barbarossa, a Toulousain with a sharp delivery, brings a raw and poetic pen. His haunted voice and taut flow unfold texts in which anger, perspective and the transfigured everyday intertwine. From Testament to Avant l’aube, he champions uncompromising writing, attentive to the right word and to striking imagery.
They return together with Portes du Désert, a project conceived to cross their trajectories. On stage, the voices respond to one another, the angles complement each other, and the tracks gain in depth.
