Oh Putain Laurent !

Laurent Baffie returns to the stage with a new solo show, frank and playful. For 1 hour 20 without intermission, he unfolds memories and digressions: the Ardisson years, behind-the-scenes of TV sets, jokes deemed too crude and snipped in the edit. Sexuality, zoology, the absurdities of everyday life… everything becomes material for improvisation and for pushing the boundaries of political correctness.

With his dry comeback and taste for the unexpected, Baffie strings together sketches and asides, resurrects unbroadcastable texts and tests live what can still be said. We find the precise author, the obsession with lists, and that knack for winning over a room in two lines, somewhere between controlled provocation and verbal machinery.
